Welcome to Kuddler! By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Kuddler platform.
Kuddler provides a platform for users to book cuddle sessions with cuddle buddies. Users pay a fee for these services, which includes a 15% service charge. Sellers (cuddle buddies) are charged a 20% fee when they withdraw earnings from the platform. These fees help keep the app running and enhance the user experience. Service fees are refundable as long as the cancellation occurs before the session begins.
Kuddler does not currently offer tracking features, background checks on users. Users should exercise caution and use their judgment when engaging in cuddle sessions. We strongly recommend meeting in public places for safety.
Kuddler is available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Kuddler does not collect, share, or condone anyone posting or selling services related to minors on our platform.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Kuddler: 1. Intentionally touching areas of the body covered by undergarments, knowing that it is forbidden. 2. No groping or kissing each other (cuddler and/or cuddlee) anywhere. 3. Being under the influence of alcohol or drugs; both parties must be sober. 4. Deliberately exposing body areas normally covered by undergarments. Both parties will remain clothed during the entire session. If either party needs to change clothing, this will be done in private & out of sight of the other party. 5. Asking to meet with each other (cuddler or cuddlee) outside of the platform’s (Kuddler’s) jurisdiction. Users and sellers caught engaging in any prohibited activities will face immediate suspension, account deletion, and possible indefinite bans. Kuddler will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities when required and will provide them with information as permitted by law. Please treat others with the same respect and care you would want for yourself or your loved ones. Our priority is everyone’s safety, happiness, and well-being. Thank you!
Strictly Platonic Only All interactions – online and in person – must remain 100% platonic at all times. Kuddler is NOT a dating service, hookup platform, or relationship-seeking app. Users may not request, suggest, imply, or hint at romantic or sexual intentions. Attempts To ensure community safety: • Asking "indirectly," "jokingly," or "hinting" at romantic/sexual intentions is treated as a violation. • Attempting to negotiate, bargain, or "see what's allowed" is also a violation. • Any behavior that could reasonably be interpreted as romantic or sexual is not permitted. • If a user expresses discomfort, the session must stop immediately. Users may withdraw consent at any time, for any reason. Pressuring someone to continue is strictly forbidden.
1. The client agrees to fully disclose to the practitioner any diagnoses or medical conditions that may affect their session before the session and through the platform (chat interface). 2. Covid-19 and other illnesses Please do not meet any members in person while infected with a contagious illness. In addition, do not meet any members in person if any of the following applies to you: - In the 7 days prior to your meet-up, you have a positive Antigen test for Covid-19 or newly develop any of the symptoms of COVID-19 including: a new continuous cough; a high fever; a change to sense of taste or smell; or flu-like symptoms (including blocked or runny nose; sore throat; muscle aches and pains; or new headaches). - In the 14 days prior to your meet-up, someone within your household or support bubble has a positive Antigen test for Covid-19 or newly develops symptoms of COVID-19 as above. - You have been instructed by the government or other public health agency to self-isolate in the 14 days prior to your meet-up. - If, in the 14 days prior to your meet-up, you return from a country which requires a period of quarantine under government guidelines. - The area where you currently live/reside is placed into a local Covid-19 lockdown.
You agree to never use this Website for the intent of meeting another member for sex. You also agree to never attempt to progress a meeting, organized via this website, to a sexual nature. When communicating with another member, you agree to never indicate a desire to cuddle while doing any of the following: (1) being nude, (2) wearing only underwear, (3) kissing, (4) groping, (5) satisfying a fetish or kink, and (6) anything of a non-platonic nature.
Cleanliness and adequate hygiene are required by both parties. This specifically includes showering/teeth brushed within 12 hours of the appointment, wearing freshly laundered clothing, and no (or minimal) perfume/cologne be worn by either party unless requested. The cuddler may leave if the Client's smell is too strong for them. The Client with the bad hygiene will not be refunded for the session time. If the Cuddler has bad hygiene, the session will end and the Client will be fully compensated.
The cuddler can, at any point, end the session short if they feel uncomfortable due to the cause of the cuddlee/client breaching or infringing any of the cuddler's legal rights, and/or the Kuddler's terms of service, with no refund to the cuddlee. The cuddlee/client can, at any point, end the session short if they feel uncomfortable, due to the cause of the cuddlee/client breaching or infringing any of the cuddler's legal rights, and/or the Kuddler's terms of service, with a full refund of the amount spent.
You (the cuddlee) can get a full refund before the start of the cuddle session. Once the session starts, you (the cuddlee) cannot get a full refund. If the cuddler is traveling to a cuddlee and the cuddlee cancels, the cuddlee must pay the travel fees to the cuddler but receive the money paid for the cuddle session and service fee. If the cuddlee is traveling to a cuddler and the cuddler cancels, the cuddlee will receive a full refund.
Data retention of accounts that breach our terms. We reserve the right to retain personally associated data of any account that breaches our terms & conditions, forum rules, or professional cuddling agreements. We may use this data to block the offending user from accessing the website again. We may also use the data to help us identify any attempts to bypass those preventative measures. The data of these banned or suspended accounts is therefore critical to our business.
We have strict rules for what photos you are allowed to upload to your profile. You agree to only upload photos of yourself that are fully clothed. Your photos cannot be suggestive whatsoever, even to a mild degree (e.g., focus on the cleavage). You must avoid potentially offensive poses or gestures (e.g., the middle finger). Your primary photo should be of you, not someone else.
Kuddler collects cookies, personal identification information, and payment details for processing transactions and legal compliance. This information is stored securely, and cookies may be shared with third parties in accordance with applicable laws. Additionally, we may use your data for marketing and service improvement purposes within the bounds of the law. Users are advised to review our Privacy Policy for detailed information on data handling practices.
For users located in the European Union or European Economic Area, Kuddler ensures that your personal data is handled in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have the right to access, correct, delete, and restrict the processing of your data. For users in California, Kuddler complies with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), allowing you rights to know about personal data collected, request deletion, and opt-out of data sales. Users agree to pay the specified fee for each cuddle session, which includes a 15% service fee. Sellers agree to the deduction of a 20% fee from their earnings upon withdrawal. Service fees are refundable as long as the cancellation occurs before the session begins.
Any disputes arising from the use of the Kuddler platform will be resolved through arbitration or mediation, as determined by Kuddler. Users agree to submit to binding arbitration in the relevant jurisdiction. The laws of the relevant jurisdiction will govern these Terms of Service.
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property related to Kuddler are owned by the company. Users and sellers are prohibited from using Kuddler's intellectual property without explicit permission. This includes but is not limited to the platform's logos, designs, and proprietary software.
Kuddler, including its owners, operators, employees, sponsors, affiliates, and cuddlers (collectively referred to as “Kuddler Parties”), is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to physical injury, emotional distress, or loss of data, that may arise from the use of the Kuddler platform or participation in any cuddle sessions. By using the Kuddler platform, users acknowledge and agree that: - Participation in cuddle sessions is entirely voluntary and at their own risk. - Kuddler Parties do not guarantee the safety, legality, or quality of any cuddle session. - Users will exercise caution and judgment in interacting with other users and are responsible for their own safety and well-being. - Kuddler Parties make no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of the platform or the conduct of any users. Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kuddler Parties from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from or related to their use of the Kuddler platform or participation in any cuddle sessions. Kuddler Parties are not responsible for any actions, behaviors, or content provided by third parties, including cuddlers, sponsors, or other users of the platform. In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, Kuddler Parties’ liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Kuddler reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website or app. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

The Community Tab and Private Messaging features ("Community Features") are provided to help users communicate, share updates, and connect within the Kuddler platform. By using these features, you agree to the following rules: 1. No Scams, Bots, or Misrepresentation Users may not create fake accounts, impersonate others, use automated bots, or engage in any type of fraudulent activity. 2. No Phone Numbers, Emails, or External Contact Information Users may not post or request personal contact information (including phone numbers, emails, WhatsApp, Telegram, or other direct contact methods) within the Community Tab or private messages. 3. Allowed: Sharing Your Kuddler Profile Link Users may share their official Kuddler profile links or usernames on other platforms or social media, for business/marketing reasons only, if it helps boost your services. However, all interactions that lead to scheduling, payment, or services must occur on Kuddler only. 4. No External Payments or Off-Platform Deals All services, scheduling, bookings, and financial transactions must take place within the Kuddler platform. Any attempt to conduct business, exchange services, or arrange paid meetups outside the platform is strictly prohibited. Kuddler will not be liable for anything that occurs from these dealings. 5. Free Meetups & Community Events Users may organize or attend free community gatherings or meetups. No payments, service exchanges, or business dealings may occur at these meetups outside of the platform. 6. Content Restrictions Users may not post: • Explicit, sexual, or inappropriate content • Spam, advertising, or unrelated promotions • Links unrelated to Kuddler • Harmful, abusive, or hateful messages • Unsafe or harmful activities 7. Safety & Personal Responsibility Users are solely responsible for their interactions and any meetups they choose to attend. Kuddler is not responsible or liable for any events, conduct, harm, or disputes arising from in-person meetups or gatherings hosted by users. 8. Disputes & Violations Violations of these rules may result in: • Content removal • Temporary restrictions • Permanent account suspension Kuddler may refuse to assist in disputes involving off-platform interactions, since users accept full responsibility for such actions. 9. Private Message Rules Private messages must follow the same rules as community posts. The following are prohibited in DMs: • Exchanging phone numbers or emails • Discussing payments outside the platform • Negotiating services off-platform • Sexual or inappropriate content • Spam or solicitation Users may use private messages to: • Clarify community posts • Communicate and setup bookings • Discuss pricing • Please try to keep it Kuddler related
